Members and officers are expected to follow ACVCI rules with discipline, responsibility and lawful conduct.

  1. The Members and Officers of ACVCI are working on voluntary basis and no payment is given to them. Membership is non-transferable and once the payment is made, it is non-refundable.
  2. Any kind of misbehavior or misconduct may result in rejection of membership of ACVCI. All disputes are subject to jurisdiction only.
  3. ACVCI will not be responsible for any misuse of Identity Card issued to the Members during their membership period.
  4. On expiry, Identity Cards must be submitted to the National Office. Renewal is required for regular membership after expiry.
  5. In case of change of address, the Member should inform the same to the National Office.
  6. In case of loss of the Identity Card, inform the National Office in writing along with the FIR immediately.
  7. All ACVCI members should contact their respective Area Committee, State Committee or National Committee office once every month.
  8. Strict action will be taken if a member is found violating ACVCI rules and regulations.
